Safety in Resistance Welding is very important. In our on-site training programs it is the first module we discuss. Safety First!

In general there are 5 hazards that are the most obvious for the resistance welding process:

Sparks and Spatter
Heat and Hot Parts
Smoke and Fumes
Cuts and Lacerations

Please be safe and understand these special hazards!
